At Hot Clay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and pottery. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and boxing to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
