How do you ensure my ceramics don't break during shipping?

We take extreme care in packaging. Each piece is wrapped in eco-friendly honeycomb paper and secured with biodegradable packing peanuts in double-walled boxes to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Are Hot Clay products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our stoneware collections are safe for both the dishwasher and microwave. However, items with gold luster or specific hand-painted glazes should be hand-washed to preserve their finish. Please check the 'Care Instructions' on the specific product page.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to their unique nature, custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our artisanal goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For 'Made to Order' pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and curing before your item is dispatched.

Can I request a custom color or design?
